About
Brennan Gordon Metz is a Virginia-based actor and baritone pursuing a B.A. in Theatre at William & Mary. His work spans professional and educational theatre, film, musical theatre, and motion capture.
Most recently, Brennan appeared as Ananias Dare in the 89th season of The Lost Colony. His stage work includes plays by Paul Green, Caryl Churchill, Sophie Treadwell, Tracy Letts, and David Mamet, while his screen credits include projects with WeMake Filmmakers and the Grandin Theater Film Lab.
In October 2026, Brennan portrayed Juan Julián Rios in Nilo Cruz’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play Anna in the Tropics. Directed by Cynthia Santos DeCure, the production ran October 15–18 at William & Mary’s PBK Studio Theatre. The following month, he will appear as Jack Stone in William & Mary’s production of Reefer Madness, running November 19–22 at the Glenn Close Theatre.
Also in November 2026, Brennan is scheduled to make his motion-capture debut as the lead in Ziggurat with Zenovision, whose remote production model enables actors to perform together from hundreds of miles apart.
In early 2027, Brennan will join Sinfonicron Light Opera Company’s production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s Patience as a Guard in the ensemble.
He is SAFD-certified in unarmed and single sword stage combat and has trained in Received Pronunciation.
